5. Payments & Refunds

All prices are displayed clearly before purchase. We offer a 7-day refund policy on eligible courses, provided that less than 20% of the content has been accessed or completed. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@clinedonline.com. Institutional or enterprise subscription refunds are handled according to contract terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Platform — including but not limited to text, images, videos, course content, graphics, design, trademarks, and simulations — are the exclusive property of ClinEdOnline or its licensors. You may not reproduce, republish, or exploit any part of the Platform without express written consent.
